Janet and Yoga Journal co-developed this course to help you decompress, de-stress and restore your energy and focus. Our Mom & Baby series classes that help to strengthen coordination. Kids yoga also helps kids establish healthy habits early on and teaches them how to calm. You're exhausted, stressed out and need a place to vent and get reliable advice.
